It appears to be an ongoing movement by some to prolong these continued cautions against virus well into next year. Back to "normal life" maybe down the road another year or so (maybe longer), according to some "experts". They also look to be preparing the public for a "New Normal".
Remember, when this was just about flattening the curve and preparing to stabilize hospitalizations? Well, there seems to be additional caveats added and the goalposts keep moving and will continued to be moved.
