Burman is late to everything but UW desperately needs a football operations officer like all the other real programs are hiring. Sawshank is not it. This person doesnt have to be involved in the day to day operations but is a recruiter and his job is mostly to keep the school in the national spotlight. You need media exposure in order to recruit at a high level. I would reach out to Chuck Pagano.
