Branch and company did a really good job of promoting the sport and UW wrestling last year with the “Battle in the Barn” in Centennial. Was produced by the UFC and really got a lot of national attention with the wrestling and MMA communities.
They are doing something similar again this year where the Pokes will again take on a Campbell (there is some UW connection with Campbell) in the first wrestling match in the nation, again produced by UFC, and this time dubbed the “Dual at the Daddy” at Frontier Park in Cheyenne.
