This is what Burman said would happen if UW did not get an additional $1.5 million from the state to backfill House settlement withholding from the NCAA:
The $1.5 million request was not included in the supplemental budget bill in either legislative chamber. Given that, I wonder which programs will be cut and what draconian cuts will be made.
Too bad we spent $2 million on a Super Bowl ad or the university probably could have backfilled the NCAA cut itself.
