The PAC 2, won in court today as Judge Libey in a Washington State court has ruled in their favor. Oregon State and Washington State have been ruled to have total control over the PAC conference board of directors which means in essence they have control over everything within the conference meaning the money.
Will this mean that the PAC 2 schools and the MWC will move now to complete their agreements?
