Bills seem content to not sign anyone with their cap issues. Secondary is depleted to say the least and Gabe Davis and Harty leave the wide receiver crew. Looks like they are going to rely on the draft for everything. I have my fingers crossed that they sign Tee Higgins but that is not likely at this point. Josh had better buckle down his chin strap and get ready to carry this team.....again.
