The Wyoming Cowboy football team's 2015 recruiting class has at least one more member than yesterday.
Christian Irving from Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) sent a tweet this morning at 11:25 a.m. offering his commitment to Wyoming, saying, "officially committed to play for the University of Wyoming."
According to his Rivals.com profile, Irving is a 5-foot-10, 192-pound outside linebacker from American Heritage High School. The same profile says Irving is claiming scholarship offers from Georgia Tech and South Florida.
The Sun-Sentinel has Irving as a Second Team All-Stater a year ago. According to high school highlight video, Irving transferred from Boyd Anderson High School two years ago and as a sophomore racked up 82 tackles and four sacks.
While there are also reports of two other commitments, GoWyoGo.com is working to receive confirmation of those commitments from the players themselves and will update this story as those phone calls are returned.
