Wyofile.com has a story in today's edition regarding the Board of Trustees considering spending $200 million on dorms. They reference losing athletes and other recruiting troubles with regular students due to having old school living areas.
Interestingly enough the last time they did these renovations was 2008 and was paid for by bonding. Do we see that again? Where else might the money come from given the fact we are discussing a lot of efforts for donations for athletics.
