I said earlier that it was time for Wyoming to prove something...

Well, Bohl and his program have proved something again....they are NOT ready to be a top flight program in the MWC at the end of the season!

They may start off hot because they have played so many of their early games at home, but this last half of the season collapse has gotten really tiresome!

Good grief! What an embarrassment!

The Echo Cheer is alive and well...

At Lane Stadium, Virginia Tech.

I'm at the Syracuse vs. Virginia Tech game and witnessed the cheer first hand.

Their cheerleaders have huge signs they raise up as each side has their part of the cheer.

The lead cheerleader has a microphone connected to the public address system and leads each side in the cheer.

The cheer is done right before they play Metallica's "Enter the Sandman" as the team enters the field. It's all very impressive.

Worst loss in my 20 year connection to the university

Everything I ever wanted for the program was right right in front of them. Top 25 ranking, driver’s seat to a conference championship and all going into a bye week no less, a possible NY 6 game! and well…. believe it or not I am actually holding back.

Yeah I’m making an ass out of myself tonight but I don’t have what you older guys have. All I have is Joe Glenn, Dave Christensen, and Craig Bohl. Was Craig wearing a ski mask when he went to the post game presser? He should. He’s putting on a coaching clinic on how to rob the people of the state of Wyoming and UW’s alumni and supporters.

It’s not that we lost, it’s what we lost and how.

PAC 2 files a motion..

The PAC 2 has filed a motion today for preliminary injunction against the other 10 schools seeking to have control over the board of directors for the PAC unless the court eventually rules in favor of the 10. What the PAC is counting on is that their case is so strong that it appears that they will win and the court acknowledges that in a way with this injunction without actually making a final ruling. The injunction says that there are only 2 true members of the PAC left, and they should have control over the Board of Directors for the PAC. The other 10 schools expected and wanted the PAC to be disbanded and the assets of the conference which is now calculated to be over $100 million to be equally divided between all of the schools and the PAC 2 are saying the conference is not being disbanded and the other 10 schools cannot force them into disbanding the conference. This isn't new information other than it is a step in the court case. Evidently mediation didn't work out, and I am assuming the way that it didn't, the schools were in a non-binding mediation situation. Everything, the conference contracts, the way other schools that left were treated and emails by the PAC commissioner all support the PAC 2's case, so it certainly seems that the PAC 2 have the strongest case but the question comes back to how long can they hold out? If they are able to schedule games with the MWC then that takes some of the pressure off, but there is still the money part, and the 10 schools have way deeper pockets than the PAC 2.

Gents, I'm taking a sports mental health holiday...

gonna put my toes in the sandy white beaches of the Riviera Maya and dabble in fine tequilas and taquerias for the next week. Allen and the Bills will get right against the Bucs and the Cowboys will somehow pull one out on the "Blue." Nothing but positive vibes from me. Cheers fellas. See ya on the other side.
