Dude could play defense and rebound and shoot layups after an offensive rebound. 6’7” - but he had high basketball IQ, he was mean, and he outworked, outhustled and out leveraged even the biggest of big men. We don’t have anyone, outside of Maldonado, that comes close to any of those descriptors. And it doesn’t appear any are on the way.
