....AFA is more imaginative on offense than we are. Of course it helps when you don't have 3rd and 4th stringers (that's sarcasm) playing key roles on offense like we do. I would hope that next year, Williams is given every opportunity to win the starting job at QB. Maybe he can stay healthy long enough to be developed...

In the final four games over the last seasons, we've gone 1-3, 2-2, 4-0, and 1-3. 8-8 down the stretch the last four years. Of course it doesn't help when you're playing those games with 3rd and 4th stringers.
Bohl's focus on the running game is one thing, but that 3rd and 8 run in the first half was embarrassing. For two years in a row, Pokes are still trying to figure out a coherent/semi consistent passing game. All of our QB's show signs of promise--all show signs they need a lot of work too. Hope we can get a bowl...
