Note that the $8 million was approved by the Joint Appropriations Committee and will be included in the budget bill when it is introduced. While this makes eventual approval a chance of happening, it does not guarantee it. There will be attempts from the floor in both chambers to eliminate or reduce the funding so outreach to your legislators will be important. They need to hear that people in Wyoming support increased funding for athletics.
