The schools filed suit against the PAC 12 and their commissioner. Looks like an attempt to control all remaining monies and rights and stop the schools from voting on how to dissolve and divide up assets. The Cougs and Beavs say they are the only to schools in the PAC 12 and the only 2 schools that can govern,
