University of Wyoming football wide receivers coach Kenni Burns has resigned, head coach Craig Bohl announced today.
Bohl said he will restructure responsibilities on his current coaching staff to account for Burns’ resignation, and will conduct a national search for a new assistant coach following completion of the 2015 season.
“We appreciate Coach Burns’ important contributions to our football program, as well as his expressions of support for the future success of the program,” Director of Athletics Tom Burman said. “We wish him the best in his coaching career.”
