My understanding is that bills were passed by both houses. Senate bill includes $500,000, so basically no funding. House bill includes 50 million for pool, west stands and college of law, so 10x larger than the Senate. Committee of six, three from both houses, will meet to negotiate a compromise.
Not looking good unless the senate is playing politics (and sure, some might argue they're showing a more realistic position given the state's budget crisis).
