Update from 2020 commit Chau Smith

I heard from three-star cornerback Chau Smith today that he has decided to wait and sign in February. Chau committed to Wyoming on Tuesday and then immediately added offers from Purdue and Washington State in the following 24 hours. My guess would be he takes an official visit or two in January, but he has not confirmed that to me yet.
