The governor citing the “awful, lethal consequences” has asked UNM and NMSU to suspend fall contact sports until 2021.
This likely could mean one less bowl destination for the MWC.
With 99.22% of residents so far in 2020 NOT tested positive and a 99.97% survival rate, the staggering numbers of deaths (.00028) and positive test results (.0078) amongst the residents are setting off catastrophic alarms.
Perhaps the governor should ban driving until 2021 as well since highway deaths are trending for 2020 to claim the lives of .00020 of the residents which is only .00008 from matching the covid numbers.
