It gives us 3 whole choices. In one way I want to pick Meredith, it is a very hard feat to get to the finals, back to back. Although he failed to win it and Wrestling isn't rated up there as an elite sport by most. I am a huge fan and have no problem sitting and watching a wrestling tournament.
Josh Allen is an easy pick, even though 7220 had Brett Smith in front of him. I have a hard time separating his collegiate days from his pro days. That he got picked 7th overall and started his first year on top of that. And leading them to the playoffs.
In a lot of ways Larry Nance and his career mirrored Allen's. A first round pick (28th?) to the Lakers and worked his way into a starter or one of the first few off the bench with the Lakers and Cavaliers. Also getting to play in the NBA finals in his 2nd year in the league.
