UNC Wilmington fired their coach today after 2.5 seasons and a 0-6 start in conference

The mid season part is not as interesting to me as the fact that this is his 3rd year. Just like USU, UNLV, etc. All of these coaches (well, maybe not McGrath, the UNCW coach), did more to earn a 4th year than AE, yet here we are.

I know I should stop complaining, but I just can’t stop being upset about this situation and how avoidable it was.
