Obviously UW has to win at least 1 more to become bowl eligible. 2 wins to get to 7 almost assures them of a bowl game.
However if they end up 6-6, several MAC games starting tonight could impact its bowl chances.
Miami (O) has 5 wins and takes on Bowling Green. W. Mich and E. Mich each have 6 wins so the loser tonight would have lose next week as well to be in the 6 win category. The other game tonight is Toledo- 5 wins v. Ohio. Obviously a Rockets win gets them bowl eligible but Ohio is in the hunt to win the Eastern Division because its 3 wins are all in conference play. They win out and they could be in MAC championship game so Ohio has incentive to win.
On Wednesday N. Ill with 7 wins is at Buffalo which has 4 wins and needs to win out to become bowl eligible. Central Michigan with 6 wins is at Ball St at 5-5. A CMU wins "clinches" a bowl while a Cardinals win makes them bowl eligible.
Finally, on Saturday Kent St 5-5 is at Akron 2-8. Kent needs another win This game is the easiest of their 2 remaining games. Akron has nothing to play for except to be a spoiler.
