Since the start of this academic year there have been more than 200 University of Wyoming students who are on academic scholarships for the use &/or possession of Marijuana / Controlled Substances.
None of the newspapers in the start have identified any of these students, much less made it a front page story, even though their education is being subsidized by state funding.
