#24 San Diego St. went into the desert and took #23 Arizona St. down (80-68) on their own court. The game was actually not this close, Arizona St. bombed some three's near the end to make it closer as it was a 19 point difference late in the game. Bobby Hurley was not happy but San Diego St. is for real. They have a really athletic big man (6-10 Mensah) and a shooting guard (6-6 Schakel) that are very good. Good for the MWC, it looks like the MWC should get more than one invite I would think to the Big Dance (if it is held).
