The 1WYO collective compensates athletes for working with charitable organizations while unitizing their NIL. This makes it a win for communities in Wyoming and a win for the athletes. Athletes I interviewed for this two-part story told me their experiences with charities opened their eyes to new skills such as teaching and advocacy.
