I don't post much on message boards but when I do I'm "EF Hutton". If that term is lost on you, you're either have alzheimers or too young to remember, lol. We have the altitude 7220 posted in the AA for all teams to see. What is the point of that, if all we do is run is have our players run figure 8's passing the ball around for 30 seconds then throw up a prayer. We are done playing directional teams from California, D2 schools and barely D1 teams. It's show time Poke Fans! It's frustrating to me because I come from an area where they hang NCAA Title banners not conference banners, and the season is a loss if they don't at least make the final four. For some reason its been ingrained at Wyoming to settle, whooo hooo we are dancing, just glad we made it. I'm not a settler! We should be running teams till their damn tongues are hanging out by half time, yet we let them off the hook with our equivalent of the 4 corner post, for you young folks google it. We have a 3pt specialist in Grabau, a Rex Chapman type player in Josh Adams and one of the best players in College in Larry Nancy Jr. Let them freaking play. I can hear some of you now, well we don't have coaches in million dollar suits or a blue blood history or a revolving door of McDonald's All Americans begging to be recruited. But we have something that 99% of the NCAA doesn't, we play above a mile high. Use it to our advantage, that stall ball crap only works on inferior teams, UNI isn't inferior they are 11th ranked. If we play this type of ball I am afraid we will get run out of the gym and embarrassed, I hope I am wrong. Yeah we are one of the best defensive teams in the country, well against the MWC and piss ant opponents we were. I hate to be a downer, I was proud to see us do what we had to do to get in the dance. But we got players that can put up points, let them, don't stifle them. That's my rant! Go Pokes!
