A player becomes bench personnel when the coach is notified of the 5th foul. The coach then has 20 seconds to replace him or it's a Technical! In this case they administered the first free throw while sheep player was still on the court over by his bench, and no substitute had entered for him. It's ridiculous how scared some refs are of Eustachy!
