Randy Bennett from St. Mary’s. Has done a great job at a tiny school. Hangs with the Zags, beats them every so often and is better than BYU in a conference that is more consistently tough at the top (although about as bad as us and SJSU at the bottom). Couple of years back he signed a 10 year deal at $575K.
With our new TV cash, I think you give him $750-800, increase assistants pool and a bit of guarantee game money and you could maybe steal away a dark horse that could build us back to respectability.
