NCAA football clock timing suggestion

I would be in favor of this. Also, I would like to see something along the lines that if a player runs out of bounds without a player in the immediate area who is able to make an attempted tackle or a football play on the ball carrier the clock continues to run unless it is inside 4 minutes of each quarter or just the second and fourth quarters. All too often players these days just run out of bound five yards in front of a defensive player. It sure makes the games long. I would also adjust how time outs are used and if a reviewed call cannot be made within 2 minutes of the referee going to the headset the play on the field automatically stands.
