Since Wyoming last won a regular season MWC Championship in 2002 there have been numerous changes in the teams that makeup the conference. I would like to suggest that the AD consider these numbers and the reduced revenue due to the fact that this program has officially been a long term bottom feeder. When the program begins to win again and the fan expectation is to compete in the upper half of the conference, the revenue will substantially increase.
