Heard today on the Utah media that Utes assistant coach Morgan Scalley was investigated for making racist comments or something to that effect.
Apparently he will stay on the coaching staff, but if I understood everything, will lose about $600,000 per year on the new contract that was extended to him in 2019, and the written agreement that he would be the next Utah head coach has been withdrawn.
I know this isn't Wyoming related other than we play the Utes this fall in Laramie.
