Leader on offense

There does not seem to be a real leader on the offense. I noticed that late in the game last week when all offensive players walked out for a timeout Coffman hung back. Now this could have easily been injury related but I never noticed him rallying the troops or anyone else on that side of the ball.

There are a ton of young men looking to see who is going to step and set the standard. Watch the red shirt group and see how involved they are during the game. Very few of them are vocally cheering those on the field.

Coaches can only do so much someone needs to step up in my worthless opinion
