Maybe this will be the time HIlbert leaves CSU. I know last time CU was hiring he almost took the Buff job and got him a cushy salary. But with his comments that the MW has reached a competitive ceiling and CSU has nothing to play for during the conference season maybe this is the time he jumps ship. I hope CU doesn't poach Callihan.
