X (Xavier DuSell) went down in the 2nd half, I hope that it is nothing more than a small strain. He was knocked down early in the 2nd half by one of the SDSU players, no call, but it appeared that he was slightly injured there, and it was further aggravated later when he was hit on a drive. He was one of the few bright spots in the first half. The Wyoming bench is becoming pretty thin. They showed Kenny Foster there on crutches, it doesn't appear that he will be back soon.

49 fouls were called in this game...good grief, I guess the refs like the sounds of their whistles! It appeared that Linder wasn't happy with the refs.

The bottom line, the Pokes appeared to play better tonight. Williams had a much better night.

I thought it was interesting that Hunter Thompson started the game, but Graham Ike came out and started the 2nd half. It is obvious that Ike is much better around the basket than Thompson.

(Correction: I went back and watched the game again last night on a recording I had done. The first time that X went down he was not knocked down by one of the SDSU players. I listened to the radio guys last night but also had the TV on and followed it both ways. One of the radio guys said that X had been knocked down by one of the SDSU players, and that was where I got that impression. But after going back and watching it on the replay I caught that correction. He went down, slipped on something in front of the SDSU bench. He went down in an awkward way and it appeared to be somewhat slippery as he had difficulty getting up. I would guess that they didn't wipe down the floor well after a timeout. But just the same that is how it appeared, the first time X went down and injured himself, because when he got up he was favoring that right back side.)
