And confidence. Not counting Naughton and some others I want to see stick around. And then have to watch Lieberman and a few others get plenty of chances to show their stuff and watch how inconsistent they are. I know it is Shyatt's way or highway, but we need to keep the good ones we have. I am sick to death of project players. My patience in basketball is not nearly as high as it is in football because I see coaches turn programs around in bball fairly fast. That is won of the reasons schools make changes so often. Because there are a lot of good coaches out there and you don't have to wait your turn if you are in a good line of coaching prodigies. Lots of schools keep their programs on track by continuity and staying with their inner circle. Even at midmajors. I like Shyatt just fine but have my doubts at times. Is it really that hard to recruit to Laramie? I am still pissed at McClain for job hunting instead of recruiting . Perfect chance to build onto the program. And then reward him by a job extension when no one else wanted him. And I do like Steve as a person very much. I am just damned frustrated with how things are going. Will we ever learn to take advantage, and then not screw it up?
