Coming out of the Boise timeout at the 2:46 mark, five consecutive fouls were called on Wyoming. This took a one point Wyoming lead to a five point deficit and essentially ended the game.
I think it's possible, or maybe even likely, that the white-haired ref had money on Boise to cover. There should be an investigation to clear this up and to preserve what little integrity the college game has left.
