Adams was suspended arbitrarily by the MWC office. Other players have just as many Technical Fouls as Josh (Coleman from Nevada) and others took violent action (Oliver) without suspensions.
This is clearly due to Shyatt's critical comments. How is this possibly in the interest of student-athletes? Punishing Josh for talking and not punishing Oliver for violent action?
This story needs to be published by national outlets to embarrass the MWC administrators.
To be clear, I don't believe Oliver or Coleman should face suspension, nor do I absolve Adams of responsibility for actions that an experienced senior should know to avoid. However, this is just an unbelievable abuse of power by the MWC to punish Wyoming. I have not been this angry regarding athletics in years. This cannot be allowed to just pass.
