Some states are pushing the envelope to enable their in-house booster clubs, like CJC, to do NIL deals directly with athletes.
If UW had the cojones to try this it would be a game changer, and would open up the possibility of using state matching funds for NIL deals. It would require a change to state law, but UW tends to get what it asks for in Cheyenne.
