I spoke with Grady this afternoon and he was at Grand Canyon this weekend and will be at New Mexico starting Wednesday. His plan is to get through this week and then spend some time thinking on the flight from New Mexico to his native Toronto. From there he will think about his opportunities and try to make a decision soon after.
He said he enjoyed GCU. He said Jerry Colangelo has taken a big role in the basketball program there as has Thunder Dan, who is the head coach of the program. He liked the fact the school was in Phoenix and has a former NBA player and coach leading the program.
It will be a busy week for him with New Mexico this week, school and the need to get himself moved out of SLU soon. He called all three schools, "great situations."
