I watched the game again just to see who played on Defense. Quite a few payers playing for the first time. Jordan Bertagnole(Natrona), Jack Boyer, Easton Gibbs, Charles Hicks, Jaylen Pate, Brandon Siders, Shae Suiaunoa, and Cameron Smith. Throw in Justin Borton who is a Senior from Wheatland as well. Not any "household" names by any means but these guys stepped up and played well in my opinion. Guys that stood out to me were Bertagnole, Gibbs and Cameron Smith. Lets hope the secondary can find some guys who can cover.............man that was so frustrating watching them give so much cushion off the line of scrimmage. Hawaii will throw the ball as much or more than Nevada, will be another tough game for the secondary. Hope the front four can get some pressure.
