Okay, don’t get excited. These are my candidates, likely not CB’s.
At this point, a ton of open DC positions have been filled and I don’t think we’ll get a guy with great FBS credentials. I do however think there are some good DC’s in FCS (where Both Hazelton and Dickert came from). NDSUs guy has been talked about, but I like what I see with these guys as well:
Northern Iowa DC - Jeremiah Johnson (spent some time at UW as a film coordinator I believe).
Illinois State DC - Travis Niekamp (a Brock Spack deceiple).
James Madison DC - Corey Hetherton
Austin Peay DC - Mark Powell ( Texas recruiting possibilities)
