Cowgirls beat a 1-11 Nevada team 68-53. UW led 30-27 at the half, but it hurt having Liv Roberts out for several minutes with 2 fouls.
First game after losing Kelley and several Cowgirls stepped up to fight for rebounds; all but 2 players had at least one. Still need help with scoring, though. Three highest scorers were Dent with a season high of 30, Baker with 13, and Roberts with 11. Gomez scored 5, and she came away with 10 rebounds for the game. In 19 minutes, Tucker had 4 rebounds and 7 points. Ligocki played 28 minutes of good defense and had 3 rebounds and 2 points.
