The NCAA D1 selection show will be on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. on ESPNU
The primary selection criteria:
W-L, Strength of Sked, Eligibility and availability of student-athletes for the tournament. (I assume this means if a team's star player is out for the rest of the season, that loss could keep the school out of the tournament because it's not the same team with her in the lineup).
If the evaluation of the primary criteria does not result in a decision, the secondary criteria will be reviewed:
Last 10 matches, Eligibility and availability of athletes, location of contest
32 teams automatically go to tournament because it won the conference. Then a team must have .500 record or better to be considered for selection as an at-large team.
