Starting to look like OC Brian Daboll isn't going to leave to take a HC job. Chargers by most accounts were the obvious choice but they went else where. Now hearing that Daboll isnt interested in fixing Wentz and the Eagles. Only other job open now is the Texans and surely Daboll isn't looking to get in the middle of that mess BUT it looks like the Bills DC Leslie Frazier is a candidate for that job. I think the defense will be fine with a different coach with McDermott being a defensive guy anyway.
Keeping Daboll is great for Josh and the O. They can continue to build on the offense and not start over with a new coordinator. Daboll has done a pretty good job this year and should get some credit for the improvement of Josh.
