For Denver-area running back Milo Hall, the recruiting process has just begun and sky is the limit for where it might take him. The 5-foot-8, 185-pound Cherry Creek back is waiting for his first scholarship offer, but has had coaches contact him about attending Junior Days from the Centennial State to the West Coast.

Hall rushed for 1,406 yards and 14 touchdowns last season while tallying an 8.32 yards per carry average. He also came through for 337 kick return yards a year ago, and another 75 receiving. His athletic ability has translated to the track where he was a part of the State Championship 4x100 meter relay last year and has run an 11.0 in the 100 meters.

"My vision is really good on the field," Hall said when asked his strengths. "I can change directions really quickly. I am really speedy and resilient. I am good at making people miss in the open space."

Hall believes those skills have the University of Northern Colorado pondering a scholarship offer, perhaps as soon as this week. He said he could also picture Colorado State coming through with its own offer soon.

"I believe CSU's scholarship offer is really close," Hall said. "The last time I was there I met with the coach. He said he really likes me and, once my school can release my transcripts, we can go from there."

Hall said he has been to Junior Days in Boulder and Fort Collins already and was impressed by the facilities at both schools, as well as the promise of an on-campus football stadium at Colorado State. Hall said he hopes to get to the Junior Day at the University of Washington on April 19, but first will check out Laramie, Wyoming and the Wyoming Cowboys on April 5th.

"I was told to come down for a Junior Day at Wyoming," Hall said. "I am looking forward to that. I am going to try to get down on April. I'd like to see nice facilities, and I want to find out what kind of coaching staff they have down there."

Hall said he is friends with Wyoming freshman wideout Tanner Gentry.

Hall said he began his high school career playing as a freshman for Mullen High School before transferring to Cherry Creek as a sophomore and sitting out for the season.
