Yesterday morning, I thought the 2 UW basketball teams had a decent chance of sweeping this week's games. This morning, there is a good chance of both teams being swept. Do you buy Cowboy and/or Cowgirl stock, hold the stock you have or sell either or both
- Cowboys: still to play Fresno-2, NM- 2, USU- 2, Nevada- 2, Home w/Sheep and San Jose and at AF, SDSU and UNLV
I see losses at NM, UNLV and SDSU and possible losses at Fresno and home to the Sheep. Does 13-5 give the Pokes the regular season title or is 4 the maximum number of losses the conference champion will have heading into the tournament.
What are you doing- buying Cowboy stock, selling or staying put waiting to see what happens Saturday

-Cowgirls- still to play Fresno- 2, NM- 2, USU- 2, Nevada- 2, Home w/AF, UNLV and SDSU and @Sheep and San Jose. 3 conference losses by 3 points each. Huge deficit early against the Sheep and late game lead at SDSU and UNLV only to allow those teams to go on a good run to get the victory. Very frustrating to be a Cowgirl supporter this year. I thought the win at Boise would propel them to a win last night but not to be. Mileto didn't show and Woodward- after scoring 8 early- only had 12 more for the remaining 35 minutes or so.
I see Fresno sweeping, split w/NM, and losing at the Sheep. They have the talent to sweep USU, Nev and beat AF, UNLV , SDSU and SJSU but it all depends on who shows up to play.
The MWC will only send 1 team to NCAA and probably 1 with a max of 2 teams to the WNIT. UW has to be in the 18-19 win column to have a shot at WNIT as I think they are too inconsistent to win the tournament (and given Legerski's record of not having won more than 1 game in the tourney).
What are you doing- buying Cowgirl stock, selling or waiting to see
