Frustrating game on Saturday. Anytime Cowboys lose it is a frustrating game.
But does it matter?
Cowboys were going to finish fourth or fifth and Cowboys were going to play Utah State in their first game in MWC tourney on Thursday win or lose on Saturday.
It's not a perfect world. it's not a perfect season.
But we do have a group of quality people representing Wyoming in men's basketball, again. They are competitive and they care.
They are setting the foundation for a program to be proud of again.
Thanks to coach Shyatt and his staff for their efforts
Thanks to the players.
It is a great feeling to be able to be so disappointed after a loss, again.
I still remember the few years before Shyatt Era II when the losses were accepted as the direction of the franchise because there was no hope.
Now there is hope and anticipation and that makes the loses more difficult to deal with, and you know what, that's a good feeling. It's great that losses hurt again and there are so many days of anticipation as opposed to before when there was no hurt, merely numbness to the fate of the program.
Go Pokes.
