I have no reason to think that joining the Big 12 would ever occur but if it became a possibility, say Oklahoma, Texas etc. jumped to the PAC 12, what would/could Wyoming do to entice the Big 12 into considering it for membership? (Stadium expansion, grow UW endowment, expanded athletic budget etc) I know we can't do anything about television market share unless we could substantiate that we're a part of the Denver market but thought the question and answers would be interesting.
