I am hopeful both teams can make a complete run in the MW tournament and head to the big dance. If that doesn't occur, I am very confident the Cowboys will get a post season bid and should play at least 1 more game in the AA. If the Cowgirls can win tomorrow and win at least 2 games in the tourney, that there is a decent shot of post season play for them. WNIT takes 64 teams and the Women's Basketball Invitational take another 16. (WBI probably a pay to play type tourney and if Cowgirls can only play in the WBI, I hope the school ponies up to allow them to continue w/the season and play at the AA).
So even if this week was senior night, if they can't make the NCAA's, I hope both teams can continue in post season and play more games at the AA and we get to continue enjoying the seniors (and the rest of the team)
