Another attempt to reduce matching funds/links to 2 bills of interest

On 3rd reading in the House Friday, amendment #35 seeks to reduce the $8 million to $6 million. Also amendment #42 says any person making over $80K and any part of salary comes from general fund has their salary frozen through June 30, 2018
