I know that Appy St has a noted Offensive line and they have had for years. It is not fair to place to much blame of low preformance on the starting defensive line. We honestly have a truthful lack of players on the D line. We need several years of recruiting and working like rats in the weight room before we are going to see much improvement here guys. Our honest lack of seniors is killing us thus far on D.
Our frosh defensive team shows much to often that there are just too many frosh making poor decisions with tackling fundamentals. I hate to name players but I am breaking down. No one to blame for our lack of defense but past coaches and poor decisions about keeping past coaches to long. Sorry for repeating myself about Burman and Christiansen.
At this point in the season I would vote for Wingard as the MVP of the D. Our players are making a lot of mistakes, I don't see so many coaching mistakes.
