As I continue to hear the concerns of about proper funding for education, and then I see our teachers are among the best paid in the country, particularly in light of new income tax, and then I hear people complain about money on athletics not having last impact on state, I would love to see the number of teachers making a living in Wyoming who actually live across the border -- in Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho (maybe) and Utah, states with significantly lower teachers pay a comfortable commute from Wyoming towns. Those are people benefiting from the states pay of teachers but put nothing back into the state, choosing instead of put their time, finances and effort into neighboring states. How about a law requiring government employees to live in the state?
